PRICE & BILLING

The prices displayed on the website of "Bubbles & Berries" are in Canadian dollars, before taxes, assembly and shipping costs. The price is payable in full and in a single payment at the time of the order. All orders are payable in Canadian dollars. “Bubbles & Berries” reserves the right to modify its retail prices at any time and without notice.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

ERRORS

Mistakes are always possible. In the event that a product is presented with errors (eg price or description) due to typographical or other error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders that may have been made for a such product. If your credit card has already been charged for such a purchase, we will re-credit your card for the full amount paid (excluding shipping if shipping has been charged).

USE RESTRICTIONS

If the item is not received and returned to us by the postal service, we will charge you the shipping costs. The item will be credited to you when we receive it. We will contact you to let you know that we have received your package. There may be a restocking fee charged.

For orders placed on the company's website "Bubbles & Berries" we accept credit cards. (VISA, MASTERCARD, ETC.).

PayPal is currently unavailable.
